New website, new recipes

The weather is beginning to look like spring. It has been brutal- not really that cold, but the lack of sunlight in April and colder-than-average March has us 3-4 weeks late with many seedings, plantings, and soil preparation.

The ground is still cool, and seeds we got in between rain or snow have been slow to germinate.

We have produce this week from our high tunnels, and it looks like next week we might get into head lettuce, choi, and one or two other items. We have to wait and see.

We are just about ready to launch our new website and we might even have online sign-ups ready in time for subscribers to fall shares!
